whether for REO valuation, PMI inspection, routine value updates or other needs. Professional, on time BPOs completed with
accuracy. Closings - Dedicated staff maintains constant contact with buyer agents, lenders, and closing attorneys to provide
our clients with timely closings and prevent surprise "fall-throughs". Contract contingency dates for inspections, financing
